Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (for USA Based Client)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, IT
Experience: 2-3 years experience
Required Skills:
• Excellent Windows OS Troubleshooting Skills
• Software troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of MS Office especially MS Access
• Knowledge of SQL Server, MariaDB, MongoDB is a plus
• Knowledge of basic PowerShell command is a plus
Fluency in English writing and speaking is MUST, preferably North American Accent
Job Time: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Pakistan Standard Time, may vary according to job requirements.
Salary Package: 65k-90k
