We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Advisory Associate. As an Advisory Associate, you will collaborate with senior advisors and clients to develop strategies, conduct research, and provide recommendations that address complex business challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct industry research and analysis to support client engagements and internal initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
Work closely with senior advisors to develop strategic recommendations based on findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Monitor industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for clients.
Support business development efforts through market research and proposal preparation.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
Knowledge of SME recruitment practices
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
