Key Responsibilities: , Develop and implement HA policies and procedures, Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention strategies, Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital regulations, Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement, Oversee payroll, benefits, staff communication, time management, service contracts and performance appraisals.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare sector, Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
