Job Summary: As a Nutritionist, you will develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for our beneficiaries, promoting healthy eating habits and improving their overall well-being.
Responsibilities: Conduct nutritional assessments and create tailored plans for special persons and senior citizens. Provide nutrition education and counseling to beneficiaries and their caregivers, Develop and implement meal plans for our day care and residential programs. Monitor and evaluate the nutritional health of beneficiaries, Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive
care, Stay updated on latest nutrition research and best practices.
Requirements: bachelors degree in Nutrition & Dietetics. Registration with relevant professional bodies (eg. RD, RDN 5 years of experience working with special populations (eg. Disabilities gerontology). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Compassionate and patient centered approach. Ability
