Job Description:

– Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
– Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and networks
– Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system
– Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking
– Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
– Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and escalations
Required Skills:
– Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
– Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
– Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint – Knowledge of Veeam (Backup & Recovery solutions)
