Smart Brains BPO is hiring a skilled IT Networking Engineer to manage, maintain, and secure our growing network infrastructure.
If you have strong hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot switches, routers, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and optimize system availability.
Implement and manage VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and routing protocols.
Ensure network security through access control, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure and wireless networks.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across the office network.
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, IP lists, and SOPs.
Support VoIP systems and ensure smooth connectivity for call center operations.
Perform regular system backups and recovery testing.
Coordinate network upgrades, maintenance, and vendor interactions.
Requirements:
1–3 years of professional networking experience.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, NAT, VLANs, and subnetting.
Hands-on experience with network devices (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, etc.).
Experience with firewalls, security policies, and VPN technologies.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Must be able to handle network issues independently.
