Assistant Director (Male) required For SOS youth home Karachi SOS Children’s’ Villages of Sindh, a part of SOS Pakistan and SOS International, is a leading international child care organization.
Job Description: Management and supervision of a residential centre that normally houses 40 10 45 youths of various ages. To mentor these children in a friendly, respectful manner while also enforcing discipline. Help youth to prepare for an independent, adult life outside the Village. Working in tandem with a volunteer based Members Committee and small teams. Reporting to the Regional Office, the Assistant Director Youth Home needs to help promote the physical, mental and psychological health of its residents.
Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Fluent in English & Urdu. Computer literate. Leadership qualities with emphasis on team work. Include a stable, positive, outgoing personality with problem -solving and interpersonal skills. Salary and terms as per SOS pay-scale. Free residential facility on campus as per SOS policy.
