Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate and timely information and assistance to customers
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics
Continuously improve customer service skills through training and development

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
Proficient in computer and typing skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and nights
