This role supports the executive director of the company in all administrative tasks or as assigned by the executive director.
The Manager (Admin) will ensure smooth operations of the company including facility management, logistics, operations, and accounts.
Implementing and managing the budget of the company.
Overseeing the general maintenance of all facilities of the company through effective supervision of the operations team and working with the rest of the company offices.
Design work plans and revisions as appropriate to meet the changing requirements.
Supervise general administrative and support services.
Ensure that operational and capital expenditures are in line with the approved budgets and provide monthly management and expenditure reports.
