Incisivesoft is looking for an Admin & Accounts Executive, ideal candidate will be Graduate with at least 2-years of experience in administrative role.
* Proficient in Office Management and Computer Applications.
* Good Interpersonal Skills
Major responsibilities include:
1. Office Administration: Look after all major and minor maintenance work including Cleaning, maintenance, monitoring, facilitating and purchasing etc.
2. Accounts Management including Allowances, Salary disbursement, voucher management etc.)
3. Office Coordination which includes coordinate among departments for smooth and productive environment through policy enforcement etc.
4. monitoring of all related data, record keeping,
5. Monitoring of janitorial staff.
6. Preparation of invoices and payment vouchers
7.Any other task assigned by the Supervisors
