Our Client is a leading Terminal operator and marketing company in Oil & Gas sector with their head office in Karachi. The Company requires services of dynamic and motivated individual to fill the following positions. The positions will be initially offered on contract basis.
Executive Secretary to MD:
Qualification: Graduate from a reputable university; with fluency in spoken and written English.
Experience: Pleasant personality with 5 -10 year relevant experience with senior management i.e. MD! Director Level. Experience in Oil & Gas Industry will be preferred. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially MS Power point, MS word, and MS Excel with good typing speed. Capable to maintain proper filing systems, mail handling, ability of self-correspondence through emails, letters, and office memos and handling telephone calls.
Head of Human Resource and Training:
Qualification: Master’s degree from a reputable local or foreign University/ Institute recognized by HEC, preference shall be given to Masters in HR Management.
Experience: Minimum 10-15 year relevant experience including HR, training, performance, benefits & incentives, preparation of HR manual, development of services contract and positions evaluation based on Hays. Preference shall be given to individuals with Head of HR experience.
Head of Procurement:
Qualification: Masters (Preferably in procurement or supply chain management) from a reputable local or foreign University/Institute recognized by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 10-15 year relevant experience in procurement strategy, long term planning, just in-time inventory planning, supply chain management, development of contracts, proficiency with public procurement rules. understanding of relevant laws and at least 5 years hands-on experience of working in PPRA environment. Preference shall be given to persons with experience in purchase of hydrocarbons especially LPG.
