Allure SEO www.allureseo.com – is a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency based in New York serving clients all over the USA & Canada. We’re looking for SEO Expert (Search Engine Optimizer) who will perform Search Engine Optimization, Google AdWords Analysis, Google Analytics, Blog/Content Writing, Keyword Analysis, Competitor Analysis and other Digital Marketing tasks to various digital channels. We are looking for an experienced professional to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

The right candidate should have very good English language writing skills and will have proven experience with at least 2 verifiable references. There is a lot of flexibility and room to grow in this position. It will be a remote (work from home) Full time job.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in business/marketing/CS/SE or equivalent
• 2-3 years in a SEO role at either an agency or in-house
• Experience with Local SEO (Moz Local, GMB, local pack optimization, link building, reputation management)
• Strong analytical & application skills to improve search engine rankings, optimizing search & display AdWords campaigns for better ROI

• Extensive knowledge and experience in technical and content-driven SEO
• Experience in social media management and advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Responsibilities
• Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.
• Keep pace with SEO & internet marketing industry trends and developments.
• Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting.
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Content, UX, etc…) on requirements to improve on-page SEO performance.
• Inform product decisions with quantitative data on user behavior from organic search channels.
• Stay on top of industry trends and new concepts and ideas to test so that we’re always pushing our SEO organization to be better and grow faster.

• SEO, SEM, PPC and SMM for the company’s clients, in a competitive market, using all the latest and new evolving techniques
• Plan, create and execute advertising and messages across social media
